Brewery lookout tower
The Bernard brewery, the town of Humpolec and its magnificent surroundings in the heart of the Vysočina region will be in the palm of your hand. It’s 189 steps to the walkway around the brewery’s functioning chimney. And by the way, just for the hike, you get a small beer. Just present a marked adult chimney ticket in the beerhouse.

A ticket for the lookout tower can be bought from the self-service checkout on site. The machine takes cards and cash in CZK and EUR (but returns Czech crowns).
For each marked adult ticket you can get a small beer in the beerhouse. So, be sure to hold onto it!

The lookout tower’s hours are limited in consideration of our neighbours’ privacy.
During winter (from November to March), the brewery lookout tower is open only during nice weather. Call 565300200 to see when the tower is open.
Other important information for lookout tower visitors
- Wear appropriate shoes. That means no high heels or slippery soles, so that you can sure-footedly manage all 189 steps.
- The lookout tower can take 25 persons at a time. The terminal at the self-checkout keeps track of the capacity.
- Please leave your baby carriage at home. Unfortunately, we have nowhere to store them during the tour.
- Do not bring animals. For safety reasons, it is inappropriate for them to walk on their own or for you to carry them.
- Children under 12 must be accompanied by a legally responsible companion over 18.
- Before entering, visitors are obligated to familiarize themselves with the visitors’ rules, and they must adhere to them. You agree to the rules by purchasing a ticket.
